The Healing Essence of the Bach Flowers Released
Eileen McElhatton completed her training in Circle Dancing at the famed
Findhorn Foundation in Scotland and has taught this holistic approach to health
and well-being for the past six years. She is currently in process of completing
her Teacher Training in Bach Flower Dances. These dances were created
by Anastasia Geng who, when she had become acquainted with Dr Edward
Bach’s discoveries, realised that many of her dances carried the message of the
harmonising energy of a Bach Flower remedy.
For every one of the 38 Bach Flower Essences a dance has been created. The
joyful or meditative circle-dances help body and mind to absorb the healing
potential of the flowers.
