Seán O’ Duinn OSB

We are delighted to welcome Seán O’ Duinn OSB back to the Tara Centre to lead us once more into the deepest levels of understanding and of experience of the richness of our native culture.

Sean is singularly equipped to lead this workshop by virtue of his lifetime dedication to immersing himself in the myths, legends, language and profound spiritual wisdom which has built up as a living energy force for millennia in this part of the world and which continues to be available to us in 21st century Ireland, North and South.

Past experience of Sean’s seminars at this Centre has shown us that he has imbibed the essence of Celtic and pre-Celtic culture to such an extent that he embodies its essence in his very person and exudes it’s energy by his very presence and enthusiasm.

Sean’s wisdom, while firmly grounded in pre-Celtic and Celtic Ireland and in particular in the Christian Monastic Traditions has a profound resonance with the wisdom traditions of other lands and other times.

As the workshop title suggests, energy patterns which finds expression as the essential life force (neart) will shape the content and presentation of the seminar.

The seminar is suited to persons from all walks of life and any/ many traditions.  It will hold a special interest for those who are committed to energy healing and meditation.
