A £5 non refundable booking fee must be paid at the time of
making your booking in order to secure your place on the programme of your choice. Places are reserved only for persons who fulfil this requirement. The remainder of the course fee must be paid in full at the beginning of the course. If you have fulfilled these conditions a place will automatically be reserved for you. No further notification will be given to you. If, however, you have been placed on a waiting list you will be told that this is the case.

If you need to cancel your booking your cancellation must be received at least 7 days before the course date.

IExceptional circumstances and eligibility for concessionary fees may be discussed in confidence with the Centre's Director. Let us know if you have any special dietary requirements.
