Dr Éamon Phoenix

A four part life-long learning-style event – Rising to Partition and Civil War, 1916-1925

In this four part series of workshops, Dr Eamon Phoenix will apply his intimate knowledge of the immensely challenging decade of our shared history, (1916- 1925), not only in the Island of Ireland but throughout these Islands, the Continent of Europe and beyond.

The interactive nature of these workshops will provide participants with an opportunity to explore our past in a manner which will empower us to grow in mutual
understanding of, and respect for, our shared history on these Islands and beyond.

While it is not necessary to have taken the Dublin tour (see page 7 of this brochure) in order to engage in this series of workshops, the benefits derived from the latter will be significantly enhanced for those who have also taken the tour.

N.B. Important to attend all 4 weeks
