This one day Workshop will be a celebration of our rich, shared cultural heritage, incorporating drama, music and song. Dr Éamon Phoenix will facilitate a day of Arts & Culture, Drama and Literature are both powerful instruments for Peace and Reconciliation.

Our Wednesday series of workshops in the Autumn/Winter and the Spring each year, are followed up by a workshop celebrating our cultural heritage. A stirring of the senses bringing us back to our soul and our sense of place.

This workshop promises to bring together strands of our multitudes of heritage whilst entertaining and bringing us together. We can find inspiration in a shared under standing and mutual respect for our past.

Registration Fee

Full payment can be made at the time of your booking. Alternatively, a £10 non-refundable registration fee secures your place at the event of your choice. The balance is payable any time up to and including registration on the day of the event.


A place will be reserved if you have either paid the full course fee or a registration fee. Occasionally the Tara Centre will offer a waiting list if a course is fully subscribed. In this event and if you wish to be placed on this list, you will be notified if a place becomes available, up to 24 hours before or on the morning of the event.


You are responsible for booking your own place at each course. If you know of anyone wishing to book a place, please ask that they contact Reception directly. We cannot accept multiple bookings.


Eligibility for concessionary fees may be discussed in confidence with the Chief Executive Officer.


Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel your booking, we require 7 days’ notice before the event. We may then be able to offer the place to someone if there is a waiting list. The Centre reserves the right to cancel or change details of any event should unforeseen circumstances require this. In the event of the Centre cancelling a course, fees/deposits will be returned in full.
