A Special Place for Meditation and Yoga
Our human capacity to be centred, focused, in touch with the source of our inner spiritual energies and to live fully in the present moment is well recognised as a powerful means of attaining inner peace, effectively managing the stress in our lives and enabling us to realise our full potential.
Two closely related disciplines which nurture centredness and awareness are:
- Meditation
- Yoga
These have become part of the fabric of life at the Tara Centre.
